A great way to pre-qualify potential clients that visit your website is to add a FAQ or Do’s/Don’ts page. This will help fine-tune the types of clients who will contact you for your products or services. To develop your own FAQ page, think of the top questions your ideal clients ask you. Browse your emails for the most commonly asked questions and your responses. When people are shopping for a product either on or offline, the FAQ can help close the deal.

A Newbie at Blogging

I feel like a new baby in the big grownup world of bloggers. While certainly no newbie to the Internet and computers – I’ve hesitated about blogging.

When blogs first came on the scene it seemed like people were writing online diaries. “Who has time for this?” I thought. I’ve been journaling offline for most of my life. I wondered how on earth I’d find even more time in my day to incorporate online journaling and why would I want to? The few business blogs I was reading seemed boring, too wordy and uninteresting. I still liked reading ezines and articles so maybe blogging is just a fad. Those were my thoughts.
