What is the cost of a website?

No, seriously the cost depends on the size of the site, number of images, page count, shopping cart, number of products, flash, video, etc. Sometimes websites are done in phases to accommodate budgets. How long does it take to develop a website?
To get a new design project in our schedule it can take up to two weeks. A proof of the home page is put up for review/edification/approval. In addition, an interior page or photo gallery may be developed for approval. The full site development can take up to an additional 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the site.


How do I choose the right web company?

Where do I register a domain name?
Your domain name is very important. It's essential that the domain is registered in YOUR name, not your web company's. A domain is like the title to your property - you own it. We will be happy to help you select a domain name and register it for you in your name. The domain registrar we recommend is GoDaddy.


What is SEO?
This acronym stands for Search Engine Optimization. It means different things to different people. Our goal in developing your site is to make is search engine friendly. We incorporate titles, meta descriptions and keyword phrases so your site is found in the "natural" listings. The "paid" listings are in the "sponsored" spots at the top and also in the ads on the right. Many of our clients appear in the "natural" listings without paying the search engines. What is hosting?
